StopSite grew out of a violent attack on Terry Parks’ own family decades ago — an experience that made the threat of deadly predators anything but theoretical for him, and that drives his hope of helping prevent such tragedies for others.

StopSite is his patent-pending innovation: a safe, always-on protection system that can identify and stop an armed attacker at any site — a school, church, workplace, mall, or public transportation — before they can harm innocent people. It is permanently installed and ready the instant it’s needed, rather than depending on help arriving in time.

Compact, bulletproof StopSite units are mounted high on the walls and in the corners of a protected space. The moment a predator and their weapons enter, the units detect and track the threat and — when necessary — can safely and accurately stop it, even in crowded conditions or where hostages are involved. Each unit bundles state-of-the-art technology that is monitored and controlled in real time, 24/7, by specially trained law officers or licensed security personnel.

Because attackers avoid places where they can’t succeed, a location known to have StopSite becomes one they choose to skip — its very presence is itself protection.
